Acushnet Company is hiring an Account Representative to support the Collegiate Purchase Program. You will be the primary contact for about 2,000 collegiate golf team accounts, delivering outstanding service, processing orders, applying program pricing, and coordinating requests across departments.

You will also assist the Tour Promotions team with project management, onboarding new members, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum: 2 years of college.
• Preferred: Associate’s (AS) or Bachelor’s (BS) degree.
• 2–4 years in Customer Service or Golf industry required OR 1 year as an Acushnet Company Associate CSRSelling experience preferred

You’ll ensure accurate and timely order processing, apply program pricing and policies consistently, and coordinate specialized requests across internal departments to deliver seamless service. You’ll also support the Tour Promotions team through project management and administrative coordination, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and assist with the onboarding and training of new team members. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, effective communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
