About The Role

Account Representatives at Uber Eats bring the best local and regional small and medium restaurants to the Uber Eats platform. We are looking for someone who is natural at selling, knows the best local restaurants, is passionate about food and Uber, and enjoys negotiating.

In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle and sign partnerships with top local restaurants, acting as a champion for the Uber and Uber Eats brands. Success is measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly quota and proactively building your pipeline through managing and hitting weekly metrics (cold calls, emails, and field appointments).

What You'll Do
  1. Own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants to sign new partnerships through cold calling (at least 50 dials per day) and in-person meetings.
  2. Create a positive first impression and act as an ambassador of Uber Eats to develop long-term partnerships, clearly communicating Uber's value.
  3. Manage contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.
  4. Assist in identifying and building standard processes, collaborating with the Account Management team to support seamless onboarding of new restaurant partners.
  5. Maintain proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of professional sales experience or 0+ years with a Bachelor's Degree (earned or in progress) and exposure to sales through internships or other experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ year of work experience in sales (full cycle sales preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Persistence, perseverance, and resilience to rejection and cold calling.
  • Ability to think quickly, ask questions, and demonstrate curiosity.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growth in sales.
  • Comfortable with phone-based work (70%) and in-field activities (30%).
Compensation and Benefits

For roles based in Atlanta, GA: The hourly rate is USD$22.00. For Miami, FL: USD$24.75. All US roles include eligibility for Uber's bonus program, sales bonuses, and other benefits. More details at Uber Careers Benefits.
