Role Summary:
The Account Representative will work with backend staff to effectively complete the Medicaid application process and initiate client reimbursement through effective account processing. The Sr. Account Representative will also partner Partners with the Processing Leaders and Service Line Manager to ensure that patient needs are met, as well as provide coaching to other account representatives and implements best practices for all account representatives to ensure highest level of processing and service.
