Account & Relationship Management Executive - Higher Ed Sales (Nursing) - Remote KS

This role involves managing and developing relationships within the higher education nursing sector, focusing on digital learning products. The position is remote, based near Kansas City, KS, and covers Kansas and Nebraska territories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline to meet sales goals through prospecting and account management.
  • Creating sales strategies for prospects and existing accounts and managing deals throughout the sales cycle.
  • Communicating with customers about account issues, concerns, and suggestions.
  • Negotiating service and product terms with clients.
  • Reporting and collaborating with sales, order processing, and customer support teams to develop solutions.
  • Handling additional sales opportunities for existing clients.
  • Utilizing Salesforce CRM to organize and track client information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of business, financials, products, services, and market dynamics, preferably with industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage territory and accounts independently.

Additional details:

  • Up to 4 days of travel per week.
  • Applicants may need to attend onsite interviews at Wolters Kluwer offices.
