Pinnacle is seeking a detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Specialist to prepare and reconcile multiple accounts in accordance with policy. You will investigate discrepancies, research exceptions, and ensure timely resolution to meet department SLAs.

You will communicate with internal teams, post nonmonetary transactions to the general ledger, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires four years of banking operations accounting and coursework in accounting or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Four years of accounting experience in a banking operations environment.
• Team Members degree with completion of coursework in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and reconcile various accounts to meet SLAs.
• Research and resolve account exceptions with in-depth analysis.
• Communicate with internal divisions regarding outstanding exceptions.
• Post and maintain nonmonetary transactions to the general ledger.
• Serve as escalation point and provide training to others.
• Verify sign-off sheets and ensure reconciliations are saved.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist other team members to ensure high-quality service.
