Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead 3PL freight operations and client relationships. You will direct operations from booking through invoicing, leverage TMS platforms (e2open TMF/Descartes Aljex), and produce data‑driven performance reports for quarterly business reviews.

The role requires 5–7 years in 3PL/freight operations with leadership experience, strong written communication, and proficiency in MS Office/Teams. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (or equivalent) with 5–7 years in 3PL/freight operations.
• Hands‑on experience with TMS software (e2open TMF or Descartes Aljex) and US domestic ground freight (FTL, LTL, Intermodal).
• Proven ability to navigate client relationships and report performance data.
• Strong MS Office/Teams skills and experience with QBRs and data‑driven reports.

Experience & Education

• Experience & Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (or equivalent experience) plus 5–7 years in 3PL/freight operations, including 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with TMS software (e2open TMF or Descartes Aljex preferred) and US domestic ground freight (FTL, LTL, Intermodal) from booking through invoicing.
• Account Management: Proven ability to navigate client relationship challenges with composure, make sound escalation decisions, and build data‑backed performance reports.
• Core Skills: Excellent written communication, proficiency in MS Office/Teams, and operational judgment.
• High-value/security-sensitive account management and experience running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• SOP authoring, process improvement (root‑cause analysis), and exposure to Power BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with cross‑border documentation and specialized freight handling.
