Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to join our team, supporting key accounts within the Media and Entertainment portfolio. You will deliver quality account operations services, require strong organization, quick learning, ownership, proactivity, and solid communication skills.

You will support contract management from a financial perspective, track account business results, assist with monthly PnL, and help optimize workflows to prevent revenue leakage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations/Account Ops or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of operations management.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and take ownership of tasks.
• Experience with forecasting models and interpreting financial data.
• Familiarity with EPAM tools, specifically CRM or similar systems.
• Good communication skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle day-to-day operational issues.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+).
• Nice to have experience with PnL tools and Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management from a financial perspective, including SOW tracking and helping unblock SOW/MSA.
• Track account business results and assist in monthly PnL reports; cooperate on improvement plans for targets.
• Help optimize workflows and monitor burn-down reports to avoid revenue leakage.
• Assist in preparing project PnL simulations when rotation or RP adjustments occur.
• Review and adjust resource plans in collaboration with CP, DM & BPS.
• Provide daily support to the Account Leadership Team.
• Communicate with Customer Procurement Teams under guidance.
• Participate in Stakeholders' meetings and contribute to Account Strategy sessions.
• Support issues management on the Account and assist in event preparation (QBRs).
