Qualifications

• Minimum two years in customer service, accounting (A/R preferred) or administrative support.
• Minimum eighteen months as an Account Admin Rep with Kaiser Permanente in last six months.
• Minimum six months as a team lead or supervisor within the last three years.
• Demonstrated ability to provide administrative direction and adapt to change.
• Strong oral and written communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Account Administrative Representatives and set workflow priorities.
• Resolve daily operational issues with purchasers and teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor production goals and customer service measures for the line of business.
• Provide on-the-job training and orientation for new Account Administrative Representatives.
• Participate in internal development teams to improve administrative systems and processes.
