Job summary

The role primarily operates in the office from 7 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for business needs and limited customer-facing interactions. You will assist AOS Level 2 and delivery teams to ensure on-time orders and grow within account management and operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders into the P21 system with accuracy.
• Assist in processing incoming customer orders via phone, email, or other channels.
• Support the AOS Level 2 by handling routine orders and checking material availability.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned accounts and assist with inquiries.
• Address general customer queries under guidance of the AOS Level 2.
• Help maintain positive customer relationships through timely responses.
• Assist with reporting customer interactions and order updates to the AOS Level 2 or store manager.
• Help monitor order progress and coordinate with delivery teams for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support order fulfillment.
• Work with AOS Level 2 and team members to provide seamless service.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and CRM updates.
