Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Account Operations Specialist Level 1 to support day-to-day customer account activities, including order processing, data accuracy, and service coordination from the office in Midland, TX.

You will work closely with AOS Level 2 and other teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate records, and responsive customer support while learning and growing in account management operations.

Qualifications

• Input orders into P21 system accurately.
• Assist in processing incoming orders via phone, email, or other channels.
• Support AOS Level 2 by handling routine orders and following up on availability and special-order items.
• Serve as a secondary contact for assigned customer accounts, assisting with inquiries.
• Address general customer queries under guidance of AOS Level 2.
• Help maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and timely responses.
• Assist with reporting customer interactions and order updates to AOS Level 2 or store manager.
• Help monitor order progress and coordinate with delivery teams for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support order fulfillment.
• Work with AOS Level 2 and team members to provide seamless service.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and support CRM updates.
