Buildingstars, a nationally recognized commercial cleaning leader, seeks an Account Manager for our Brentwood, TN office to drive client relationships and KPI attainment. You will be on-site daily, upsell services, and coordinate new accounts in a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
• Stable work history and strong relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requests.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve KPIs.
• Engage with customers on-site daily.
• Coach and support franchise owners for business development.
• Coordinate the start-up of new accounts.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers.
