Job summary

PalAmerican Security in Texas is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily operations at client sites and lead a team of security officers and supervisors. You will ensure high-quality services, maintain client relationships, and align security operations with contract requirements.

You will coordinate support services, monitor performance, and work to meet financial and operational goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-facing experience.

Must be 21yrs or older. Have min of 1 year of supervisor experience, in the security field - highly suggested. Holds a level 2 Security License through TOPS.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee daily security operations at the assigned client site.
• Lead and support a team of security officers and supervisors.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Coordinate support services to manage the client site efficiently.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure contract compliance and required reporting.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations.
• Communicate staffing needs and develop staff through coaching and training.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and vehicles at the account(s).

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 8 years of business management/supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
