The Account Management team in Plaid’s SMB customer segment leverages our deep technical, product, and industry knowledge to help our small and medium-sized customers build and scale applications. We act as partners, advisors, and advocates for our customers to improve their interactions with financial data.
We are seeking a customer-facing professional to manage and grow our client relationships within our SMB segment. The ideal candidate is skilled at building strong partnerships, understanding customer priorities, and working cross-functionally to drive solutions.
You will be the primary contact for your customers, assisting with all stages from integration to expansion. You will collaborate with external stakeholders, including developers and executives, to support their application development with financial data.
Salary range: $99,840 - $157,440 annually, depending on location and experience.
