Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Utilize leads provided by the agency.
• Assist customers in meeting their insurance needs.
• Educate customers on how to protect their families.

Job Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required!
• Life license must be obtained before starting.
• Minimum 1-3 years of prior insurance experience, preferably with State Farm, Allstate, or Farmers.
• Not suitable for candidates with a history of 3-6 months at multiple jobs.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and efficiency.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in sales forms.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, motivated, and high-energy individual.

Work Environment

Must be able to work remotely from home or a private office/work space.
