Responsibilities

  2. Learn to identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance and financial products.
  3. Follow up, follow through, and help build a productive pipeline.

Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, inside or outside sales)
  • Proven track record of achieving goals (in work, school, or personal life)
  • Strong interpersonal skills—able to connect, listen, and lead conversations
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Open to coaching and constructive feedback
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)

$48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
