Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

I opened my agency in 2018 and lead a team of five, built on strong relationships, creativity, and a competitive drive to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and grew up around the insurance world, as my father was also an insurance agent.
