ROLE DESCRIPTION : As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Emond Richardson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 1 year sales experience required
  • Bilingual Spanish, recommended
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Able to anticipate customer needs

Compensation : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
