Role Description

As an Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to daily operations and customer success. Your role is to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and to act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
