Responsibilities:

• Conduct in‑depth consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations for life insurance and property & casualty coverage.
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and exclusions of different insurance policies, guiding them through the selection and purchasing process.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process applications, and handle policy issuance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews and proactively recommend updates or adjustments based on clients’ changing circumstances.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid licenses for life insurance and property & casualty lines in Indiana.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
