Brad Cooper - State Farm Agent is recruiting an Account Manager to support daily operations, grow the agency and serve customers. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments, and proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives.

The role emphasizes developing customer relationships, conducting policy reviews, and selling policies to cold and warm leads to drive retention and growth.
