The Courtney Reed - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to grow our client base by proactively reaching out to prospects and engaging with the community. You will act as the liaison between customer needs and agency operations, helping clients select auto, home, life, and financial products.

In this role you’ll build and manage your own sales pipeline, meet daily activity targets, and collaborate with the agency owner to learn the full business of insurance and financial services.

As Account Manager for Courtney Reed - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Demonstrated history of outbound phone prospecting or cold calling — you know your daily dial numbers

• Strong verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Income-motivated with clear financial goals — you know what you want to earn and you have a plan
• Customer-facing sales experience preferred (mortgage, retail, B2B, phone sales, or insurance)
• Must obtain Ohio Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses within 60 days of hire (we support you through this process)
