What will you do?

  • Engage in business development from your own office, meeting new and repeat customers, assessing their needs, and providing consultative Stonhard solutions.
  • Conduct customer sales calls, including existing business and prospecting for new projects.
  • Work closely with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee successful product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have what they need, and troubleshooting installation issues.
  • Manage a full turn-key operation to ensure smooth installations and secure future projects.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program over two years, including travel to our headquarters for scheduled training sessions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
  • Uncapped Commission Potential (First 2 years average): approximately $15,000 - $40,000
  • Supplemental Pay: Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, Car Allowance, Expenses
  • Benefits include: 401k with company match after 6 months, Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, flexible schedule, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement

What is required?

  • Experience in B2B, end-user sales; construction, commercial, or industrial preferred.
  • Proven success in business development and project management, with ability to interact at all levels.
  • Strong willingness to learn a new industry.
  • High initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.
