About Us: Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking independent, motivated, and career-minded individuals to join our Mortgage Protection team. We help American families protect their largest asset and offer a proven system with mentorship, training, and support to give our agents a competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours/week, reaching out to potential clients to schedule discussions about mortgage protection coverage.
2. Research: 4-5 hours/week, analyzing client information to customize financial protection options.
3. Meeting with Families: 2 days/week, virtually or in-person, to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.
4. Administrative Tasks: 2 hours/week, following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

This is a work-from-home role designed to promote work-life balance. You can choose your commitment level:

• Spare Time: 4-8 hours/week, earning $500-$2,000/month.
• Part-Time: 8-25 hours/week, earning $2,000-$5,000/month.
• Full-Time: 25-50 hours/week, earning $10,000-$20,000/month.
