Job Summary

Responsible for developing and gaining commitment for joint business relationships on Home Depot accounts. Drive incremental sales and increase customer's share of wallet through strategic business planning. Focus on customer lifetime value and overall commitment of the customer to Andersen.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Drive strategic business planning. Propose and implement solutions to drive profitable Andersen business growth and expand customer relationships.
  2. Work collaboratively via team selling to ensure customer derived opportunities are effectively executed and supported.
  3. Present a path for business improvement facilitated by Andersen solutions and leverage market strengths.
  4. Develop strategies for engaging critical stakeholders on specific deals.
  5. Engage in joint selling efforts with customers.
Must Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 5 years of relevant selling experience.
  • Strong ability to develop business relationships with trade customers, channel partners, and peers.
  • Strong analytical and fact-based planning skills.
  • Disciplined use of CRM and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and market trends to create mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Proven ability to present solutions to stakeholders at various levels using different delivery methods.

Additional Information

Profit Sharing: Target of $3,500 per eligible employee in 2025, paid quarterly based on company performance.
