Overview

As an Account Manager, you will introduce small and medium business customers to innovative 5G products and services tailored to their needs. Your interactions will span retail stores, digital platforms, and outbound prospecting, demonstrating the value of our solutions to energize their businesses.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive small business results through retail channels by partnering with and mentoring sales representatives.
  2. Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
  3. Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address customer business problems.
  4. Engage in outbound prospecting and customer visits.
  5. Service existing customer needs.
  6. Use sales tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Skills
  • Additional degrees or certifications.
  • Experience in outside sales, prospecting, or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
