Job Description

We’re looking for an Account Manager who will serve as the strategic point of contact for our clients—primarily dentists and doctors—guiding them through onboarding, launch, and ongoing growth. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while driving consistent results. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams (design, content, engineering, advertising) and ensure our clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our partnership every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Lead onboarding calls, strategy sessions, performance check-ins, and ongoing communication
  • Monitor and interpret campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
  • Deliver proactive recommendations to improve performance and meet client goals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication, transparency, and accountability
  • Anticipate client needs, identify challenges early, and work quickly to resolve them
  • Track client feedback and help improve internal workflows to support long-term success

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital strategy (agency or SaaS preferred)
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, Meta, web design, email marketing)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Asana, and Slack
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in dental marketing is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience
