Purpose & Territory
Lead resin-based sales growth—managing existing accounts and winning new business across Southern California.
Key Responsibilities
Hit revenue & gross-margin targets
Prospect & nurture a robust sales pipeline
Develop sales plans, budgets & forecasts; update CRM
Collaborate with Technical & Customer Service teams
Engage stakeholders at all levels to deliver solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years B2B, face-to-face sales (industrial/commodity preferred)
Strong problem-solving, presentation & communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Self-motivated, organized & customer-focused
Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel
Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus
Work Environment
Fully remote; adaptable to home or shared workspace
Occasional travel (car, bus, plane)
Physical Requirements
Communicate, read & type daily
Lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs
Compensation
$110K–$150K base (DOE) + commission
