About the Job

The Account Manager’s responsibility is to maintain a positive relationship with Ninja Van's international and local PH clients and cater not only to their day-to-day operational needs, but also be a quick-response team that handles situations and escalations as they arise. This role is both a vanguard and a firefighter - the Account Manager will be the focal person for the client and reach out to people within Ninja Van PH networks, being in the best position to assist them.

Main Duties
  • Overall management of customer account needs, e.g., shipment handling requests, shipment status, booking and pick up, concerns and issues.
  • Familiarise with the daily needs of the customer’s account/shipper, understand the customer's business framework and requirements, and align it with Ninja Van's PH resources and services.
  • Ensure that processes are followed while looking into improving these processes not just for corporate accounts but for Ninja Van as a whole.
  • Responsible for hitting operational KPIs through shipment monitoring from inbound, pick up until delivery, data analysis, and project management.
  • Maintain good and positive relations with clients and ensure their stickiness to the company’s service by being consistently responsive to all communication channels.
  • Ensure familiarity with all legs of operations and that the process flow of the clients’ parcels is moving seamlessly and well monitored.
