Job summary

MarketStar is hiring an Account Manager in Ogden, UT to join the Reddit team. You will manage existing advertisers, drive ad spend, and build strong client relationships while leveraging data-driven insights.

You will partner with internal teams, track pipeline, report progress, and achieve targets in a hybrid work setting. Strong communication, sales experience, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

About the Account Manager - Reddit:

MarketStar is seeking an Account Manager to join us in our Ogden, UT location representing Reddit. Reddit is one of the hottest social media names on the market, and you will be part of the rocket ship that created the “Reddit Effect”! Account Managers are responsible for working with existing advertisers and ensuring the success of those ad campaigns. They draw daily on both their skills in managing client relationships and utilizing the data provided to make strategic and thoughtful decisions. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value both to Reddit and to the advertisers they support.

Location: Hybrid - Ogden, UT

**What Will You Do?**

• Lead a customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships with continued account support

• Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on Reddit

• Use client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the product

• Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets

• Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

• Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM

• Build and manage both Internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships

• Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership

• Use data to drive planning and success

• Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc.

**What Will You Need to Succeed?**
