Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales growth through new rental agreements. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while upholding showroom standards and safety policies.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operating guidelines.
