Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales growth. The role involves in-store and in-home interactions, including deliveries, pickups, and collections, with a focus on maintaining account health and building strong customer relationships.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least 18 years old, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
