Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Clinton, OK is hiring an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive account performance. You will build strong relationships, complete deliveries and pickups, and promote new rental agreements.

This full-time role involves early-stage collections (1–6 days past due), maintaining showroom standards, safely transporting merchandise, and working with the RAC mission and core values to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
