Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager who will oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. The role includes handling deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and excel in communication and customer service. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payments.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and new rental agreements.
• Transport, install, and handle merchandise safely.
• Maintain showroom and company vehicle standards.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
