Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a rental accounts portfolio, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance through new rentals and timely collections.

You will coordinate deliveries and pickups, maintain showroom standards, and build strong customer relationships while supporting sales growth and adhering to RAC policies and safety guidelines. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift merchandise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 18 or older required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, by phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles, following safety guidelines.
