About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, focusing on medical affairs and publications accounts. The ideal candidate enjoys acquiring scientific knowledge across various therapy areas and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide scientific and strategic consultation and manage professional relations with leading academics.
2. Develop and oversee a range of medical affairs and publications projects.
3. Lead project teams to deliver services aligned with client needs, managing deadlines, budgets, and team assignments.
4. Support existing client relationships and contribute to new business development to meet financial targets.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a medical communications or advertising agency working on medical affairs projects.
• Strong project management and financial budgeting skills.
• Excellent team collaboration, client relations, and communication skills.
• Experience with Veeva is a plus.
