Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a direct-hire role with a print and packaging manufacturer in Dallas, TX. This position manages key customer accounts, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures quality, service, and on-time delivery. Onsite, 8-5 or 7-5, Mon-Fri.

3–5 years in account management or customer service in printing/packaging are required, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with labels and packaging is a plus.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually

This role will manage key customer accounts, coordinate with internal production teams, and ensure customer expectations for quality, service, and delivery are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Scheduling, and Finance to support timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, forecasts, and order milestones.
• Lead customer meetings and provide proactive account updates.
• Resolve service, quality, and delivery concerns.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate print and packaging solutions.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management or customer service experience in printing, labels, or packaging manufacturing.
• Knowledge of pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, pouch packaging, and tamper-evident labels preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience tracking KPIs and account performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Dallas, TX.
