Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License required.
• At least 1 year of P&C insurance experience within the past 2 years.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain strong customer retention.
• Handle day-to-day policy service needs.
• Conduct policy reviews.
• Cross-sell when additional coverage makes sense.
• Identify coverage gaps and ask thoughtful questions.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Partner with the sales team to support agency growth.
• Ask for referrals and help create new opportunities.
