Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Help maintain strong customer retention
• Handle day-to-day policy service needs
• Conduct policy reviews
• Cross-sell when additional coverage makes sense
• Identify coverage gaps and ask thoughtful questions
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Partner with the sales team to support agency growth
• Ask for referrals and help create new opportunities

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License
• At least 1 year of P&C insurance experience within the past 2 years
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and technology skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward goals
• Able to work full-time in our Georgetown, TX office
