Our Market Design Leader (MDL) achieves sales goals while maintaining satisfactory profit performance, gross margin, inventory levels, and customer service. Tech-savvy, MDL maintains Design Center image through a planned merchandising program ensuring the Ethan Allen brand is consistent. Achieve budgeted sales growth and establish a plan for continued improvement. Leadership, cultivate an environment in which the staff is inspired to reach their fullest potential in relation to business growth.
Education
BA or BS degree in Business and/or Interior Design with courses in such areas as accounting, economics, management, or similar courses.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $_______ - $_______, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, a monthly commission is paid, which is based on written sales for the month.
