OSI Laserdiode, a division of OSI Optoelectronics, is seeking an Account Manager. This role involves developing market requirements for specific products or product lines, including defining product strategies, analyzing requirements, and setting pricing. The Account Manager will monitor business plans, assess market penetration, and optimize product positioning to enhance competitive advantage, revenue, and market share.
The role includes translating broad business concepts into structured marketing plans, overseeing market research, monitoring competition, and identifying customer needs. The Account Manager will establish pricing strategies, develop marketing tools for product launches, communicate customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams, and lead new product definitions and business planning efforts. Additionally, they will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
