Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Title: Account Executive (50-75% Travel)

Location: Remote in Indiana or Ohio

Salary: $70K Base + Commission (Target $120K)

Recognized as the indisputable leader in high-security electronic plumbing controls, we are heading the digital transformation of water management with IoT cloud-connected restroom technology and wireless data networking in commercial and institutional industries.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of our products and applications, performing product presentations, creating relationships with key accounts, and establishing new accounts within the correctional and justice sectors.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform field promotional work to sell and secure new business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, energy managers, facility managers, maintenance managers, and plumbers
  • Identify opportunities through cold calling, tradeshows, industry networking, and lead development services
  • Utilize Dynamics CRM to manage the territory's accounts, opportunities, activities, and forecasts
  • Create project layouts and work with the customer service team to create project quotes
  • Demonstrate and familiarize prospective and established accounts with solutions to fit needs

What You Need For This Position

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • 5+ years in B2B cold-calling technical sales
  • Plumbing experience preferred
  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
