What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you will build and manage relationships with municipal and university clients in Northern California, including areas like Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Berkeley, and Oakland. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing client contracts with a focus on engagement, retention, and growth.
  2. Building strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor.
  3. Monitoring account performance and developing strategies for growth.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, development, sales, and finance.
  5. Providing responsive support to troubleshoot and resolve account challenges.
Who You Are

You should have:

  1. At least four years of experience in communications, public relations, or client management.
  2. A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
  3. Strong relationship management and leadership skills.
  4. A self-motivated, positive attitude.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  6. Comfort with building presentations and delivering to high-level contacts.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  8. Experience with technology and a passion for innovation (preferred).
  9. Ability to travel 5-10%.
Location

This role is based in Northern California. Candidates must reside within the region.
