Job summary

NetJets is seeking an Account Manager to drive client success and deliver exceptional private travel experiences. You will own relationships, manage reservations, and collaborate across departments to ensure flawless execution from pre-trip planning to post-flight follow-up.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive client advocacy, and a deep understanding of client needs to deliver personalized journeys across domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience.

Purpose of Position

The Account Manager is a key driver of the NetJets mission—to enhance the lives of each client one exceptional travel experience at a time. As a trusted private aviation expert, you serve as the primary liaison and advocate for NetJets clients, assuming full ownership of each account's success and satisfaction. You are accountable for nurturing long‑term relationships while orchestrating each journey with precision, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the client's needs and expectations.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, proactively building trust and rapport that extends beyond individual trips.

  • Function as a steward of the client’s entire NetJets journey—owning the full lifecycle of each reservation with a high degree of accountability.
  • Champion the client’s experience partnering with internal departments, advocating for swift resolution, seamless execution, and consistent service excellence.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the successful outcome of each client journey, taking personal accountability for the perception of the NetJets brand.

  • Manage trip details with extreme precision, ensuring every reservation is accurate, compliant with regulations, and optimized for excellence.
  • Demonstrate strong operational foresight—identifying potential issues before they arise. Collaborate across departments to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Promote effective internal communication and collaboration across teams to drive alignment, efficiency, and a shared successful client experience.
  • Consultative Travel Expertise
  • Serve as a private aviation expert for both domestic and international travel, consult with clients on seasonal trends, complex logistics, and destination protocols.
  • Leverage knowledge of NetJets’ fleet, operations, and contracts to enhance client experiences.
  • Complete Trip Oversight
  • Manage each flight from pre‑trip planning through post‑flight follow‑up. Maintain, close oversight and manage the resolutions of service disruptions— such as schedule changes, weather impacts, Air Traffic Control, and other operational irregularities.
  • Address service deviations and analyze data to identify root causes. Implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
