Job summary

NetJets, a leading private aviation company, seeks an Account Executive, Cards to serve as a trusted partner to NetJets Card Holders, applying deep knowledge of the Card Program and a proactive approach to retention and engagement. You will work to maximize utilization, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for program growth.

You will regularly engage Card Holders by phone and email, translate feedback into actions with internal teams, and stay informed of industry changes to sustain

Responsibilities

  • Drives retention and growth of the Card portfolio by optimizing utilization and renewals, and identifies opportunities to expand participation.
  • Familiar with the NetJets Card program and interworking's, and stays current on product offerings and policies.
  • Regularly communicates with Card Holders via phone and email to gather feedback and address challenges with a solution-based approach.
  • Monitors Card Holder flight activity and coordinates with internal teams to ensure loyalty and resolve disruptions.

Purpose of Position

The Account Executive, Cards serves as a trusted, consultative partner to NetJets Card Holders, leveraging expertise in the NetJets Card Program and a detailed understanding of each Card Holders travel needs to deliver a proactive, high-touch experience that supports retention, maximizes utilization, and drives renewal/graduation opportunities.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Drives retention and growth of the Card portfolio by optimizing utilization, positioning renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand program participation. Ensures that results are attained, if not exceeded. Monitors economic trends, Card holder flight activity, and NetJets' product offerings to proactively position solutions for trading, adding-on and graduating into higher programs. Penetrates Card Holder organizations and unearths referral opportunities. Effectively manages timelines to address upcoming card expirations. Uses Salesforce.com to effectively track the progress of all opportunities.
  • Entirely familiar with the NetJets program and its interworking's (i.e. billing, international travel, booking, etc.) and seeks detailed program explanations from internal experts. Proficient in the technical aspects of aircraft and aviation and keeps abreast of new product offerings and updates to internal policies.
  • Regularly communicates with the Card Holder via phone and e-mail to obtain feedback. Uses the feedback to lead discussions with internal team members to ensure Card Holder's remain loyal to NetJets. Stays informed of industry changes and address any challenges with a solution-based approach. Uses strategies introduced through internal sales training to build consensus of NetJets' value throughout multiple levels of Card Holder organizations.
  • Proactively monitors Card Holder flight activity to minimize and resolve service disruptions, communicate and champion NetJets' value through service victories and upgrades. Through research, analysis, and building of relationships, obtains a detailed understanding of the Card Holders needs and articulates how such needs and goals are achieved by NetJets products and services. Effectively communicates any changes regarding the NetJets program to Card Holder. Communicates to Card Holder about all regional NetJets events and assists with attendance management.
