Purpose and Scope

The Account Manager, Men's Health in Richmond, VA (Remote In Territory), will engage healthcare providers and key customers within an assigned geographical area, communicating clinically focused messages to grow revenue and meet product goals. The role requires demonstrating strong sales performance, adhering to all Tolmar policies and regulations governing pharmaceutical promotion in the US.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional and home office teams to address customer needs, market trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives within the assigned geography.
  • Participate in industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences to support sales success.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and selling skills with accountability.
  • Ability to learn technical/scientific product information.
  • Motivated with a positive attitude, able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to develop relationships and demonstrate good judgment and compliance with industry ethics.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in training office staff, nurses, and managers preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with sitting and standing.
  • Up to 50% overnight travel, including air travel.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work extra hours/weekends as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
