Job Description

The Account Manager, Men's Health - Atlanta (Remote In Territory) will engage healthcare providers and key customers within an assigned geographical area, communicating clinically focused messages to grow revenue and meet product goals. The role requires demonstrating strong sales performance, adhering to all policies and regulations related to pharmaceutical promotion in the US.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional and home office teams to address customer needs and market trends, developing strategies supporting brand and company objectives.
  • Support and lead initiatives such as industry congresses, medical conferences, and regional meetings to promote sales success.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven negotiation and sales execution skills.
  • Ability to learn scientific and technical product information.
  • Motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, discretion, and compliance with industry ethical guidelines.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.

Working Conditions
  • Office environment with sitting and standing.
  • Up to 50% overnight travel, including air travel.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability for extra hours and weekend work as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
