About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Account Manager, Licensing to drive growth through strategic content licensing and digital integration partnerships. This business development-focused role will identify new revenue opportunities, forge innovative partnerships with third-party platforms, and support Wiley's global licensing objectives through commercial execution and relationship building.

The role is part of a dynamic team responsible for expanding Wiley's digital content footprint across platform providers, software vendors, and healthcare and education markets. You'll also collaborate closely with colleagues in our corporate subscription and AI licensing teams to ensure seamless cross-functional delivery and a unified customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded licensing professional to take ownership of a growing portfolio, develop compelling value propositions, and help shape the future of digital licensing at Wiley.

How you will make an impact:

  • Drive outbound business development to identify and secure new digital content licensing partnerships
  • Develop strategic licensing proposals tailored to third-party platform integration and software solutions

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients across global markets

  • Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and generate performance insights for internal reporting
  • Contribute to the development of innovative licensing models and pricing strategies that balance commercial goals with copyright principles
