Job summary

Yard-Nique, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and landscape maintenance portfolios. You will manage 3–5-person crews, oversee contracts, and partner with HR for staffing, while ensuring safety and quality standards across properties in the Lake Park area.

Daily travel to multiple properties is expected, with up to 5% out-of-town travel for training or meetings. This exempt, full-time role emphasizes customer service and operational leadership.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree in Horticulture, Construction, Customer Relationship Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience
• Experience coaching and managing employees responsible for landscaping duties
• Ability to effectively build positive working relationships with clients
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Demonstration of an unwavering commitment to Safety

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive communication and positive business relationships with clients, property managers, HOAs and other stakeholders.
• Manage maintenance contracts and execute maintenance production schedules to meet or exceed contract expectations.
• Proactively conduct property evaluations and client meetings to assess needs and satisfaction; attend board meetings when requested.
• Identify enhancement ideas and solutions to customers; partner with Sales to identify new opportunities.
• Manage monthly budgets, reporting and account billing; coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment; report needs to Branch Manager and provide monthly reports.
