Job summary

Landscape Workshop (LW) in Naples, FL is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. You will oversee maintenance crews, client relationships, and branch operations to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to scheduling, budgeting, and project execution, with a focus on safety and LW methodology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and working directly with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of assigned crews.
• Build strong customer relationships through communication and site visits.
• Allocate resources including scheduling, equipment needs, and repairs.
• Support crew leaders with horticulture training and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees, clients, and the public.
• Apply LW methodology and enforce high project standards.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement services and coordinate project execution within budget and timeline.
• Track and report team hours, expenses, and additional sales weekly.
• Assist Branch Manager with project budgets and client meetings.
• Estimate jobs and follow up on proposals.
