We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to oversee operations, ensure standards, and foster client relationships. The ideal candidate has hands-on field experience, understands client needs, and can lead teams effectively.

Position Overview

The Account Manager reports to the President and works closely with the Production Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, and crews. This role is vital for communication between the field, office, and executive staff, supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and oversee enhancement opportunities using Aspire software.
• Handle billing and contract renewals efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee operations.
• Analyze performance data to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Master Aspire software to optimize business processes.
• Ensure quality through site audits and client standards.
• Lead and develop maintenance crews and staff.
• Achieve division goals, address challenges, and mentor team members.

Skills and Requirements

• Degree in horticulture or 10+ years industry experience.
• At least 5 years in irrigation design, maintenance, and repair.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Experience with landscape management software like Aspire.
• Fluent in English, proficient in Spanish.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Mac/Windows, MS Office Suite.
• Valid California Driver’s License.

Compensation is based on experience, paid weekly, and salaried. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, IRA, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
